Since April 1st, 2006, was come into force the new regulations concerning Internal Dealing, according to the article 114 of the Consolidated Finance Act and to articles 152-sexies, 152-septies and 152-octies of Consob Regulation no. 11971 of 14 May 1999 and subsequent amendments. These regulations replace the previous discipline contained in the Rules of Borsa Italiana and in related Instructions.

In this section will be available, if and when it is necessary, the communications of Internal Dealing concerning the company CDC Point S.p.A.

Such communications inform about all the transactions (purchase, sale, subscription or exchange) carried out on shares of company CDC Point S.p.A., or of the financial instruments related to these shares, by Directors, Auditors and top managers of the same company (so-called Relevant Parties) and by all shareholders whit a stake over 10%.
