CDC S.p.A., company listed to MTA segment of Borsa Italiana operates in the Italian market of IT distribution with a 2009 turnover of 320 million Euro. The retail distribution network is among the largest in Italy in terms of turnover and brand awareness. The network covers all the Italian country at 31 on December 2009 with about 205 selling points Computer Discount. Moreover, CDC owns Amico, retail distribution network and a network of 40 Cash & Carry stores that distribute products to over 30,000 specialised dealers in the ICT sector. In 2001, the company decided to expand into the market of Direct Sales (Government and Large Corporate).
CDC is also an Internet service provider with Interfree, a portal and ISP for the Group’s technology Community.
